The ITW GSE 2400 Compact GPU series is the best choice on the market when it comes to 400 Hz solid-state, point-of-use GPUs. It is small and simple, reliable and strong. It has all kinds of special technical features from specific output voltage on the aircraft plug, common ITW GSE user interface, standard overload capabilities to suit all types of aircraft to software update via USB.
The 2400 integrated GPU features a patented plug-and-play system. Therefore, you experience the excellent voltage quality of an aircraft plug. This is important and makes your board accept the voltage from the GPU. Plug & Play means that the compact ITW GSE 2400 long balanced output cables meet the stringent requirements of most installations as they compensate for the additional unbalanced load on different power factors. The cable retracts fully into the housing after use. When the end of the plug is level with the bottom edge of the power coil, the rolling stops automatically.

The world's largest airports are often located near cities that are growing in line with global trends, meaning that cities and airports are closely linked. This places strict requirements on emissions that are acceptable and feasible for local authorities. To support greener and cleaner airports and a better work environment for airport staff, the ITW GSE 7400 is the answer.
The ITW GSE 7400 eGPU is a modern, uncompromising power unit. The on-board battery pack makes it independent and you can easily transport the unit anywhere you need it. The highly flexible 7400 eGPU provides the same unique, well-proven features as other ITW GSE solid-state GPUs, including accurate and clean output voltage at the aircraft plug and individual level management at each product level. It can take several turns before recharging, and recharging can be done from a standard 50 / 60Hz socket.

The combination of two well proven technologies i.e. Nissan battery at input and ITW GSE solid state converter at output has created this solid state eGPU which is already greening many airports around the world.
The ITW GSE 7400 JetEx, 28 VDC eGPU is a direct battery powered unit. Therefore, it is very quiet and emission free for the benefit of operators and employees. It also makes eGPU ideal for hanging and remote use.
The eGPU can be used for engine startup, ramp work, or flight testing. In fact, the 7400 has enough capacity to start up to 100 engines on a full charge. If necessary, the 28 VDC power unit can be charged simultaneously while powering the aircraft. The ITW GSE 7400 JetEx 28 VDC eGPU combines two well-known technologies into one innovative GPU. The JetEx eGPU is powered by a fourth-generation Nissan Leaf 4 battery pack with a capacity of 40 kWh. Same battery type as all Nissan branded electric vehicles. Since 2010, more than 400,000 of these vehicles have been sold, with nearly 90,000 sold in 2018 alone. The output of the eGPU has an ITW GSE 28 VDC solid state converter. The combination of these two tried and true technologies has created the solid-state eGPU.

The 3500 PCA brings fresh, clean air to parked aircraft, provides a pleasant atmosphere for crew and passengers, and makes aircraft turn around faster and more efficiently.
The ITW GSE 3500 is the only PCA on the market to adjust its airflow according to the specific aircraft type, not just the aircraft sector. Automatic aircraft type verification enables the PCA to optimize cooling performance through integration with VDGS, BMS or other data collection systems, which automatically transfer incoming aircraft type information to the PCA as soon as the aircraft arrives at the gate. Therefore, the 3500 PCA knows the specific aircraft position and can provide the best airflow into the cabin instead of a normal airflow determined by the Department of Aviation. Automatic airflow type detection optimizes airflow and increases cooling performance by over 50%. This increases cabin temperature and ensures high passenger comfort.
The 3500 PCA has the same advantages as its predecessor, the 3400, such as a highly modular design that enables the cooling module to be changed in 20 minutes. Also, ITW GSE PCAs are the 'brains' of the Intelligent Power Management (IPM) system, allowing you to get the most out of your installed gateway power. With the IPM concept, PCA monitors all connected devices on the gateway. If the GPU needs maximum power for a short period of time, the PCA will simplify its consumption to stay below the preset current level of the entire gate system. This happens quickly and smoothly, so the passengers do not feel any change in the temperature of the cabin.
The drive frequency drive enables easy and stepless regulation of the discharge temperature, reducing the power consumption of the 3500 PCA to a minimum as it provides the exact amount of cold air.
